Kwara PDP Takes Disciplinary Action, Suspends State Youth Leader

The Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has taken disciplinary action against Prince Haliru Dansoho Mahmoud, suspending him from his role as youth leader indefinitely.

The decision was made at a meeting of the State Working Committee (SWC) following the submission of a report by the disciplinary committee, which had been tasked with investigating allegations of unprofessional behavior by the State Youth Leader.

According to the report submitted by the disciplinary committee, Mahmoud was found guilty of all charges brought against him by fellow party members.

In a statement issued in Ilorin, the state capital, on Tuesday, Prince Tunji Moronfoye, the party’s spokesperson, announced that the State Working Committee had unanimously decided to suspend the youth leader indefinitely after carefully considering the report.
