The women’s team of Chelsea Football Club wrote their name in the history books of the Women’s league in England.
The Stamford Bridge club achieved this feat following their victory over the women’s team of Manchester City. Chelsea have won their last three games against Manchester City, the first side to win three in a row against the Manchester club in this competition.
The goals of the game was scored by Fran Kirby in the first half and Maren Mjelde from the penalty spot in the second half following a handball from a Manchester City player in the penalty box.
