Preach truth to followers to avoid crisis – Karfe tells clerics

The Programme Manager of Kukah Centre in Kaduna, Mr Methodius Karfe, has urged religion leaders to preach truth to their members to save the nation from crisis.

Karfe gave the recommendation on the opening of a one-day dialogue on ‘Strengthening Synergy Between Religious Leaders and Security Operatives in Kaduna State’, on Tuesday.

“As we know, over time, the northern part of the country used to be a peaceful region, which now is facing security challenges.

“The event is to unravel those challenges and bring positive solutions for lasting peace in the society.

”In attaining this frequent objective, we want to collaborate and work as people, neighborhood leaders, spiritual our bodies and safety businesses,” he mentioned.

The programme supervisor additionally known as for stronger synergy between spiritual leaders and safety businesses to promote peaceable coexistence.

He assured that the Kukah centre would proceed collaborating with stakeholders to maintain peace in Kaduna State and the nation.
