Ex-U-23 Eagles winger, Dimgba set for Enyimba return

Stanley Dimgba has been offered the chance to return to Enyimba years after leaving the Nigeria Professional Football League champions.

Dimgba is expected to sign a one-year contract.

Speculation about the possibility of Dimgba re-signing for the People’s Elephant has been building since he linked up with Finidi George’s team for training.

According to reports, the winger is expected to reach an agreement with Enyimba before the end of the transfer window.

Dimgba played for the nine-time NPFL champions for three seasons before travelling abroad.

The player scored eight goals during his time with Enyimba.

He featured for Stellenbosch in the South African League before moving to play in the Libyan League with Darnes SC.

He also represented the home-based Super Eagles and the Nigeria U-23 team.
