Niger Tornadoes Forward, Bashir Usman, Confident About Team’s Prospects in Upcoming Season

In an exclusive interview with the club’s media team, Niger Tornadoes forward, Bashir Usman, expressed his optimism about the team’s chances in the upcoming 2023-24 Nigeria Premier Football League season.

The team is set to kick off their campaign against Abia Warriors at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Saturday.

Reflecting on the challenging pre-season period, Usman acknowledged the difficulties they encountered. However, he believes that this experience will ultimately work in their favor.

“I am fully aware that our pre-season preparations were not ideal,” Usman admitted. “This has raised concerns among our supporters. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that this challenging period will be a blessing in disguise.” He went on to explain that it has provided an opportunity for the coaching staff to identify and address areas of weakness within the team.

With his wealth of experience playing in the Nigeria Premier Football League, Usman assured the fans that he will play a crucial role in shaping the team and contributing to their success.
