Daddy Freeze Mocks Pastors as Ilebaye Offers N12m Tithe: The Hypocrisy Unveiled

In a bold and thought-provoking move, controversial media personality Daddy Freeze has taken a swipe at Nigerian pastors for their silence regarding Big Brother Naija All Stars winner Ilebaye Odiniya’s decision to pay a staggering N12 million tithe to her church from the N120 million prize she won on the reality show.

Despite many of these clergymen condemning the show as “immoral,” none of them have spoken out against the winner’s intention to donate a portion of her winnings to her place of worship.

Daddy Freeze, known for fearlessly challenging religious norms and practices, has accused Nigerian pastors of worshipping mammon, the materialistic pursuit of wealth and profit.

Expressing his discontent on Instagram, Daddy Freeze wrote, “Many pastors claim that Big Brother is an immoral show… yet when Ilebaye brings forth N12 million in tithe from her N120 million prize money, everyone remains silent.

“It appears that mammon is the god that most of these pastors truly worship.”
