Enyimba urged to aim for victory against Wydad, says Super Eagles head coach

The head coach of the Super Eagles, Jose Peseiro, has given his full support and best wishes to Enyimba as they prepare for their quarter-final clash in the African Football League against Wydad Athletic Club from Morocco.

Enyimba, the reigning champions of the Nigeria Premier Football League, have been selected as one of the eight clubs to participate in the inaugural edition of the competition.

The highly-anticipated first leg of the match will take place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo. The reverse fixture is scheduled to be held in Casablanca on Wednesday, October 25.

Peseiro expressed his sentiments on social media, where he wished Enyimba the very best in their debut game in the African Football League. He extended his good luck wishes to the players and staff.

“Wishing all the best to Enyimba as they make their debut in the African Football League tomorrow. Good luck to all the players and staff!” Peseiro wrote on his social media account.
