Gov. Radda Appoints Fatima Shuaibu as DMSA Executive Secretary

The Governor of Katsina State, Dikko Umaru Radda, has given his nod for the appointment of Pharmacist Fatima Shuaibu as the Executive Secretary of the Katsina State Drug and Medical Supply Agency (DMSA).

Issuing a statement on Thursday, Radda’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, revealed that Shuaibu’s exceptional track record and professional capabilities formed the bedrock of her selection.

With the crucial mandate of ensuring the availability of essential health supplies in tertiary, secondary, and primary healthcare facilities across the state, the Katsina State Drugs and Medical Supply Agency (DMSA) plays a pivotal role in the healthcare ecosystem.

Governor Dikko Radda conveyed his felicitations to Shuaibu on assuming her new role, exhibiting unwavering confidence in her potential to effectively utilise her experience in this pivotal position.

“Shuaibu’s appointment signifies a momentous stride towards guaranteeing sustainable and dependable healthcare services throughout Katsina State. Her stewardship at the helm of DMSA is expected to instigate substantial transformations, further bolstering the state’s dedication to healthcare accessibility and service delivery,” Kaula underscored in the statement.
