Former Big Brother Naija contestant, Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David, popularly known as Doyin, has made a candid revelation about her past experience with attempting to lighten her skin.
She disclosed that she had purchased a skin bleaching cream, but to her relief, it did not yield the desired results.
Expressing her gratitude through a video message posted on her Instagram story, Doyin admitted that although she was initially disappointed, she now views it as a blessing in disguise.
In her own words, she reflected, “There was a time I really wanted to bleach my skin. I wanted to be light-skinned so bad. Iām so grateful to God that that cream did not work. Because I would have regretted it.”
She also took a moment to acknowledge the seller of the cream, stating, “I need to shout out to that girl that sold me that cream because at that time I was angry but now thanks girl.”
