Niger State Governor Extends Congratulations to Hope Uzodimma and Other Elected Governors

The Governor of Niger State, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has sent his warm congratulations to the Imo State Governor and Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum, Hope Uzodinma, following his successful re-election in the recent off-cycle gubernatorial polls held on 11th November.

Additionally, Governor Bago extended his felicitations to the re-elected Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State and the Governor-elect of Kogi State, Usman Ododo, for their respective victories.

In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, Governor Umaru Bago described Uzodinma’s triumph as “well-deserved”, emphasizing that his re-election was a testament to the positive impact achieved during his first term in office.

Governor Bago urged his Imo State counterpart to build on his accomplishments in the next four years, leaving an indelible mark in the state.

Furthermore, he encouraged Governor Uzodinma to display magnanimity in victory by extending the hand of fellowship to all those who contested with him, for the collective benefit of the state.
