Kano Governor Expresses Optimism for Supreme Court Victory

Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State has exuded confidence in the Supreme Court’s ability to deliver justice in the state governorship election petition. Speaking at the flag-off ceremony of 2,500 security personnel training at the Sani Abacha Stadium, he assured the people of Kano of a fair judgment.

Yusuf highlighted the establishment of the Corporate Security Training School during Rabiu Kwankwaso’s administration, emphasizing its role in training youths on security matters. He announced the selection of trainees from all 44 local government areas, with plans to deploy them to government agencies post-training.

The governor underscored the significance of the training program, expressing gratitude for the support of Kano residents. He pledged to continue providing youth-focused human development programs while assuring job placements for the beneficiaries in both state ministries and the local government councils.
