Tragedy Strikes as Woman Fatally Crushed by Truck on Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway

A horrifying incident unfolded on the bustling Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway last night, as a truck claimed the life of a woman in a devastating collision. According to Anthony Uga, the Ogun Sector Commander of FRSC, the harrowing accident took place around 11:00 p.m. at the Dalemo area. A truck, identified by registration number XA 354 WDP, was involved in the calamity that cost the woman her life. The out-of-control truck, driven at excessive speed, collided with a female adult who was standing at the roadside, resulting in her untimely demise.

In the aftermath of the accident, the lifeless body of the victim was tenderly transported to Ifo General Hospital, Ogun.
