Nigerian music sensation, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has shared a personal insight, revealing that the Bible holds profound significance in his life. Speaking in an interview with British GQ, the renowned artist highlighted the Bible as an indispensable necessity, alongside other daily essentials.

In an intimate revelation, Davido disclosed that in addition to the Bible, essentials he cannot do without include popcorn, wallet, headphones, jewellery, sneakers, sunglasses, and a toiletries bag. Notably, he emphasized the presence of a Bible app on his tablet, underscoring its importance in his daily routine. Furthermore, he pointed out that the app not only houses the Bible but also contains hymns and prayers, portraying a holistic view of his spiritual connection.

Delving into his penchant for popcorn, Davido expressed how it enhances his movie-watching experience, asserting his affinity for movies and the heightened enjoyment derived from having popcorn at hand. In a reflective moment, he shared a personal anecdote, recounting the emotional impact of the movie ‘Crazy Rich Asians,’ revealing that it marked the first time a movie moved him to tears. He attributed this emotional response to the movie’s theme of love, humorously labeling himself as a “lover boy.”
