While Donald Trump won the New Hampshire primary two important people were missing to celebrate with him, Melania and Ivanka Trump.

His wife and daughter were nowhere to be seen and speculation has been rife that things are not too good between Melania and Trump.

Melania recently left her mum’s funeral in a different car to Trump.

Judi James, a body language expert, told The Mirror: ‘Donald and Melania have positioned their son between them rather than standing together here and Trump himself is standing rigidly to attention with his chin raised as though wanting to perform a mark of formal respect for his mother-in-law.

‘The lack of touch here could be deliberate. When someone has to mourn in public it is common to worry that acts or comfort, support and affection can make them lose their composure completely and that might be Melania’s concern that she needs to stay in control of her emotions at this very public moment for the ex-FLOTUS.’

Despite being married for 19 years, neither of them acknowledged their anniversary this year.

Trump scooped a win in the New Hampshire Republican primary, and is a step closer to facing off with Joe Biden for the 2024 presidential election.

It has proved to be another major victory for Trump as President Biden said it is ‘now clear’ Trump will be the Republican nominee.

Biden won for the Democrats as a write-in candidate, despite not being on the ballot.

Nikki Haley came in second with 43.1% of the votes compared to Trump’s 54.6%.

She hit back and said ‘this race is far from over’ as she vows to fight on until the next primary vote in South Carolina next month.

But Trump has branded Haley an ‘imposter’ as former rivals Vivek Ramaswamy and Tim Scott announced their endorsement for him.

Americans will head to the polls in November which is looking like it will increasingly be a head on match between Biden and Trump.
