Enyimba coach Yemi blames carelessness for defeat against Rivers Utd

Enyimba head coach Olanrewaju Yemi has blamed carelessness for his team’s 2-0 defeat against Rivers United.
A first-half brace from Deputy Echeta secured maximum points for Rivers United at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium.
Yemi congratulated Rivers United for winning the game.
“We gave Rivers United a tough time during the game as they didn’t create any big scoring chances aside from the goals,” he said in a post-match interview.
“We are careless to concede those goals and I was angry with the boys. Congratulations to Rivers United. I don’t want to be a bad loser who complains after a defeat; in all, it was a good game.”
Enyimba dropped to fifth place following the defeat.
