Javier Tebas, the LaLiga president, recently revealed his picks for the best footballers globally in a conversation with L’Equipe. Tebas identified Erling Haaland from Manchester City, Jude Bellingham from Real Madrid, and Kylian Mbappe from PSG as the standout players at present.
Tebas expressed his opinion by stating, “[Jude] Bellingham, [Erling] Haaland, and Mbappé are the three most dominant players on the planet, with two of them representing Real Madrid.”
Haaland, despite high expectations, missed out on the Ballon d’Or last year, which Lionel Messi controversially secured for the eighth time. Mbappe claimed the third spot in the rankings, following Messi and Haaland. However, all three players, including Bellingham, are anticipated to compete for top individual accolades this year.
