Vice President Kashim Shettima to Open National MSMEs Business Clinics in Abeokuta

The Vice President, Kashim Shettima, is set to kick off the Expanded National Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Business Clinics in Abeokuta, Ogun State on Tuesday. This initiative, a collaboration between the Federal Government and state governments, aims to address the challenges faced by MSMEs and provide them with access to capital, business formalization, and opportunities to showcase their products.

The event, to be held at the June 12 Cultural Centre in Kuto, Abeokuta, will bring together small business owners and regulatory bodies such as NAFDAC, SON, CAC, NEPC, and others. Qualified MSMEs will also have the chance to receive grants to support their businesses.

In addition to the Business Clinics, the Vice President will inaugurate the Fashion Hub project at the Old OGTV auditorium, which will provide state-of-the-art tailoring equipment to stakeholders in the fashion industry. The Adire shared facility at Asero, Abeokuta, will also be launched during the visit.
