Tiwa Savage Fights to Protect Son After Leaked Video Resurfaces

Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage addressed the unauthorized leak of a private video in a recent interview with Angie Martins of Power 105.1 in New York. The incident initially occurred in October 2021, with Savage revealing she was blackmailed over the footage.

She acknowledged the video was recorded during a past relationship and expressed concern about its potential impact on her son.

Three years later, Savage remains committed to protecting her family’s privacy. She stated, “My biggest fear about the leak was that my son might one day see it.” To address the issue, she reportedly hired an IT specialist to remove the video from the internet and mobile devices globally.

However, despite her efforts, the video resurfaced, leading to renewed controversy. Reports suggest Savage even faced the loss of endorsement deals due to the recirculation of the footage.
