Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has shared insights into her criteria for choosing a partner. During an appearance on the popular show ‘Chicken Shop Date’ with Amelia, the Oscar-nominated artist revealed that she has a knack for selecting the right men, attributing her success to focusing on humour, intelligence, and, to a lesser extent, height.
“I have never had a bad date. I think I’m very good at picking men. Just make them your b*tch,” Tems confidently stated.
When asked about her ideal partner, she elaborated, “Just intelligence, funny. I feel like funny people are intelligent. As far as you are intelligent, tall… I don’t really care about height but…” Amelia interjected, “Okay, it sounds like you do,” to which Tems conceded.
Tems also discussed her love language, saying, “My love language is physical touch. I don’t know if my love language is act of service because I’m always the one doing the servicing.”
