Janet Jackson: No More Interviews for Me

Janet Jackson May Be Done with Interviews Forever

Janet Jackson, the 58-year-old pop icon, has made a shocking admission that may signal the end of her interview days. During a recent appearance on a U.K.-based radio show, Jackson revealed that she hates being asked questions in general.

The singer’s candid response came after she went viral for jokingly ending an interview because she “doesn’t like speaking.” Jackson appeared on the show while on the road for her ongoing “Together Again Tour,” which she described as “the hardest one I’ve done in a very long time” but also “a fun show.”

When asked what’s the one question she hates being asked, Jackson replied, “I don’t mean to be rude, but I have to be honest with you. Please stop asking me questions.” She added that she’s never thought she gives a good interview and prefers to stay quiet and listen to others talk.

Fans praised Jackson’s response, with one commenter saying, “At least she was gracious about it and didn’t belittle the interviewer. If you don’t like talking, you don’t like talking, I respect that.” Another fan quipped, “She said what she said in the most adorable way!!! She is the fierce yet gentle QUEEN. Love her.”

The news comes as Jackson’s tour is set to conclude on July 30. Check out some highlights from the tour before it wraps up.
