Kenyan President Appoints New Cabinet Members

Kenyan President William Ruto has announced a partial list of 11 Cabinet Secretaries, marking a significant step in the country’s governance structure. The list includes notable appointments and reassignments, which are expected to shape the country’s future.

At the helm of the Interior and Defence ministries are Kithure Kindiki and Aden Duale, respectively. Rebecca Miano, who has been serving as the Attorney General, has been retained in her position. The list also includes new nominees Deborah Baraza (Health), Julius Ogamba (Education), Andrew Muhia Karanja (Livestock), and Magaret Ndung’u (ICT).
