Ogun State Government Appoints Non-Statutory Board Members for Four Agencies

The Ogun State Government has released additional names of non-statutory board members appointed by Governor Dapo Abiodun to run four agencies in the state. This is the second appointment made by the governor, following the previous appointment for other agencies.

The four agencies, Gateway Trading Company, Food Crops Marketing Board, Ogun State Parks and Gardens, and Ogun State Signage and Advertising Agency, have been assigned new chairmen and board members. Yomi Odunowo will head the Board of Gateway Trading Company, while Subair Kamilat has been appointed as the chairman of the Food Crops Marketing Board.

Ogun State Parks and Gardens has a 20-member board, with Lukman Adunmo as the chairman. The members come from various local governments in the state, ensuring representation from across the state.

The Ogun State Signage and Advertising Agency has Wale Soremi as its chairman, alongside members Ogunbanjo Abolore, Adeoye Alani, Onanuga Olufemi, and Adeyemi Olayiga.

These appointments aim to streamline operations and improve the efficiency of the state’s various agencies. The move is part of the government’s efforts to reposition the state for sustainable growth and development.
