Former President Muhammadu Buhari has praised the career of Vice-President Kashim Shettima, describing it as remarkable. The former president made the comments during a telephone call to Shettima to congratulate him on his birthday.

According to Garba Shehu, Senior Special Adviser to the former president, Buhari expressed his admiration for Shettima’s journey from governor to senator and now vice-president. The former president wished Shettima many happy returns and prayed for strength and good health to enable him to discharge his responsibilities.
