The Empire Mates Entertainment boss announced the decision on Instagram, revealing that he will be pursuing a Master’s degree in Policy Management at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

In his post, Banky W shared a photo of himself, his wife, Adesua Etomi-Wellington, and their child at the airport, asking his followers to wish them well as they embark on this new chapter. The 43-year-old artiste, who was born in the US and married Adesua in 2017, will spend the next year studying at Georgetown University.

Adesua, a renowned actress, reacted to her husband’s post, writing "Home is wherever you are."
