Big Brother Naija’s Shaun Okojie Denies Romance with Wanni Was a Strategy

Shaun Okojie, the evicted Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ housemate, has finally broken his silence on his romantic relationship with Wanni during his stay on the show. In a recent post-eviction interview, Shaun denied rumors that his connection with Wanni was a strategy to gain an advantage in the game.

As reported by Media Talk Africa, Shaun was evicted from the show last Sunday alongside Handi and Tjay. The 28-year-old’s romance with Wanni during his time on the show sparked speculations that their relationship was a ploy to stay in the game. However, Shaun has set the record straight, stating that his connection with Wanni was genuine.

In his interview, Shaun revealed that he had already entered the show with a romantic interest, Victoria, but things didn’t work out. He explained that he developed a natural connection with Wanni in the house, which wasn’t driven by any strategic benefits.

“I already came with a girl (Victoria). The easiest strategy would have already been to stick with Victoria romantically, but that didn’t happen,” Shaun said. “I think Wanni and I had a more natural connection that we developed in the house.”

Shaun’s comments suggest that his relationship with Wanni was a genuine one, and not a manufactured strategy to stay in the game. Fans of the show will be interested to know that Shaun’s honesty may have cleared up the rumors surrounding his romance with Wanni, but only time will tell if their connection will endure outside the confines of the Big Brother Naija house.
