Van Nistelrooy set for new EPL job after Man United exit

Former Manchester United interim boss Ruud van Nistelrooy could be getting a new job soon.

The Dutchman could be on his way to Leicester City as they are allegedly keen on appointing him as their new manager.

The Foxes have struggled to replicate last season’s success (when they lifted the championship) under manager Steve Cooper this campaign.

Leicester City are 15th in the Premier League table, just 10 points from 11 outings with a sub-par goal difference of -7.

The Sun reports that Leicester City have identified ex-Chelsea manager Graham Potter and Van Nistelrooy as potential successors to their current manager.

Van Nistelrooy recently left his role at Manchester United following Ruben Amorim’s appointment.

He helped the Red Devils register three wins and a draw in four games, scoring 11 goals in the process.
