Singer Wizkid has equalled his colleague Burna Boy’s record as the Nigerian artist with the most charting albums in Billboard 200 history.

The Starboy boss achieved the feat after his new album ‘Morayo’ debuted at number 98 with 13,000 units sold in its 1st week.

Consequently, Wizkid tied Burna Boy as the Nigerian artist with the most charting albums in Billboard 200 history (4 each).

“Wizkid ties Burna Boy as the Nigerian artist with the most charting albums in Billboard 200 history (4 each),” music monitoring platform Chart Data wrote via X on Friday.

‘Morayo’ also debuted at number 4 on the Billboard World Albums chart.

With the recent announcement of his fifth studio album ‘5IVE’ scheduled to be released next year, Davido could also join the tie as he has already debuted three albums on the chart.
