NPFL: Finidi demands improved performance from players against Plateau United

Rivers United technical adviser, Finidi George, has demanded an improved performance from his players ahead of their matchday 19 fixture against Plateau United.

The Pride of Rivers have managed to secure only two wins in their last five league fixtures.

Rivers United will face Plateau United at the New Jos Stadium on Monday.

“We are having our last match of the first stanza against Plateau United, and we will see how we can improve on our last performance,” Finidi told Rivers United’s media team.

“The defense is the area we have to look at because if we don’t concede from there, it’s quite difficult for us to concede from open play.”
