Kano Govt revokes Kannywood actress, Samha Inuwa’s license over indecent dressing

The Kano State government has revoked the operating license of actress Samha M. Inuwa over indecent dressing and posting of vulgar content.

The government also censored any films featuring Samha.

The government made this known in a statement issued by its Censorship Board’s Information Officer, Abdullahi Sani Sulaiman, on Saturday.

Sulaiman explained that the actress who was repeatedly warned over her “crude dressing and vulgar displays,” has continued to flout the Board’s regulations.

Samha was barred from appearing in any films for the next 12 months.

According to the statement, the development was in response to multiple complaints received from Kano citizens regarding her conduct.
