Veteran Nigerian musician, King Sunny Ade has reportedly gone missing.
The singer’s daughter, Damilola Esther Adeniyi raised the alarm in a series of posts on her Instagram page on Monday.
While raising concerns about her father’s whereabouts and well-being, she expressed fears that he may have been kidnapped.
Damilola, who didn’t provide detailed evidence, accused some individuals close to his father, including her stepbrother, who doubles as his manager, of kidnapping him.
Narrating her last conversation with the musician, Damilola Adeniyi claimed that her father is being forced to work under duress.
While calling on relevant authorities to investigate the situation, Damilola Adeniyi said “King Sunny Ade has been kidnapped. The manager, Dayo is the culprit along with his mother, brothers, (Demola, Kenny) and his driver Ade”
