Singer Kraziecent, whose real name is Levi Ogbogiri, has filed a lawsuit against rapper Odumodublvck, alleging a violent assault at a public event on December 16, 2024. Kraziecent says the incident occurred while he was taking videos and pictures of himself, and that Odumodublvck attacked him without provocation. The lawsuit claims Odumodublvck damaged Kraziecent’s iPhone 15 Pro Max and caused reputational harm and public humiliation, for which Kraziecent is seeking compensation.

The case was brought before Judge Adeyemi Ajayi, who has scheduled a hearing for November 26. Kraziecent’s lawyer, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that Odumodublvck’s counsel, Sheriff Bello, had not yet responded to the lawsuit. Ojembe requested a hearing date, citing the need for the defendant to file a response. In reply, Bello asked for an adjournment to allow time to prepare for the case.

The incident has attracted attention in the music industry, with many calling for a peaceful resolution of disputes between artists. The case underscores the importance of respecting the rights and safety of individuals, even public figures. As the November 26 hearing approaches, both parties will have the opportunity to present their arguments and evidence. The court’s decision will be eagerly awaited, as it may set a precedent for similar cases and influence artist conduct and responsibility at public events.
