June AI Raises $20M Pre-Seed to Automate Enterprise Software Deployment

Enterprise software implementation has hit a massive bottleneck as companies struggle to integrate advanced artificial intelligence tools into legacy systems. June AI has raised $20 million in pre-seed funding to address this challenge, using AI agents to automate complex software deployment across large organizations. The round was led by Marc Benioff’s TIME Ventures, with participation from technology leaders including Michael Dell, Diane Greene, Aaron Levie, and George Kurtz.

Global organizations invest hundreds of billions of dollars annually to configure, integrate, and maintain core systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce. Despite growing interest in generative AI models, years of technical debt and a lack of seamless connections between legacy platforms and modern cloud data infrastructure have stalled progress. June AI targets this implementation gap directly. Rather than relying on expensive consultant teams, the startup deploys AI agents that act as an automated digital bridge. The platform analyzes how an enterprise operates, automates repetitive configuration tasks, and drastically reduces setup timelines for enterprise software.

The technology begins with deep system analysis and process mining, examining existing database logs to uncover how business workflows actually execute. Once hidden patterns are mapped, the system identifies operational bottlenecks and automates structural software changes. It works natively across major data environments including Databricks and Snowflake. By mapping cross-system relationships, June AI ensures that updates in one department do not break downstream processes, empowering forward-deployed engineers and integration teams to deploy enterprise AI agents with less friction and lower costs.

The global system integration market is expected to exceed one trillion dollars in the coming decade. As AI investments accelerate, automated integration is becoming essential enterprise infrastructure. Foundational AI models deliver little value if businesses cannot connect them to live operational data. June AI’s founding team brings deep experience to this problem. CEO Efrat Rapoport, CTO Idan Tsitiat, President Barak Goldstein, and Chief Architect Ohad Hen previously built Bonobo AI, a conversational intelligence platform acquired by Salesforce in 2019. They spent the following five years leading product and engineering teams at Salesforce, witnessing firsthand that purchasing AI software is relatively easy while implementing it across fragmented custom workflows remains extremely difficult.

With $20 million in new capital and backing from top industry figures, June AI is positioned to pioneer automated deployment. By removing technical debt and accelerating integrations, the company aims to help enterprises move beyond AI demonstrations into fully functional automated operations.
