President Muhammadu Buhari’s Special Assistant on Digital Communications, Bashir Ahmad, has hinted at the next Governor of Kano State.
Ahmad disclosed that the current Deputy Governor of the state, Nasiru Gawuna has the experience to lead Kano State.
He noted that Gawuna has the ability to make a positive and lasting impact on the people of the state.
In a tweet, the presidential aide described Gawuna as an accomplished administrator.
He wrote: “Nasiru Gawuna is undoubtedly an accomplished administrator, with a wealth of experience in public service and a broad understanding of the challenges facing Kano today.
“I have full confidence in Dr. Gawuna’s ability to lead our State to a brighter future.
“As a Governor he will make a positive and lasting impact to the lives of Kanawa.”
