Assault: ‘I’ll give my full cooperation’ – Seun Kuti reacts as police orders his arrest

Afrobeat artist, Seun Kuti has reacted to the order for his arrest by the Nigeria Police Force.

Media Talk Africa reported that the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, ordered the Lagos State Police Command to immediately arrest and prosecute the singer following his assault on a police operative in uniform in a viral video.

Reacting to the order via his Instastory on Saturday night, Kuti said he welcomed the investigation.

He wrote, “I welcome the investigation and will give my full cooperation! I also pray to the IG that whoever is wrong should be indicted.”
