Hapoel Jerusalem’s Adebayo Adeleye Nominated for Best Goalkeeper Award in Israeli Premier League

Adebayo Adeleye, the goalkeeper for Super Eagles, has been nominated for the best goalkeeper award in the ongoing Israeli Premier League.

Boasting of an impressive performance this season, Adeleye was able to keep 10 clean sheets out of 29 league appearances he had made for his team, Hapoel Jerusalem.

The 23-year-old goalie had conceded only 33 goals in the Israeli Premier League in this current season.

Very recently, Adeleye signed a new contract with Hapoel Jerusalem thereby extending his stay for another three years.

Since joining in 2020, Adeleye has made a total of 86 league appearances for the Katamon.

Interestingly, the Super Eagles’ goalkeeper is yet to make an appearance for his national team.
