Rivers United midfielder, Joseph Onoja will make a return right now towards Bendel Insurance after recovering from damage.
Onoja picked up the damage throughout their entertaining 2-2 draw towards Remo Stars on matchday two of the continued Nigeria Premier League Super Six playoffs.
Onoja didn’t get better for the Pride of Rivers’ goalless draw towards Sunshine Stars on Wednesday and he was changed within the beginning lineup by Chiamaka Madu.
According to the membership’s media officer, Mayuku Charles, Onoja has recovered from the damage.
“Onoja was the only injured player in our team,” he informed Media Talk Africa completely in Lagos.
“He has since recovered from the injury after he was stretchered off in the second half of our game against Remo Stars.
“He missed our last game against Sunshine Stars because of precautionary measures but he is fine and ready to feature today against Bendel Insurance.”
