Nigeria Air Project Costs Less Than N3 Billion – Ex-Minister Hadi Sirika Clarifies

The former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, has come out to clarify that the amount spent on the Nigeria Air project was less than N3 billion. Sirika made this clarification during a recent interview on Arise Television, which was monitored by Media Talk Africa.

According to Sirika, claims that N85 billion was spent on the Nigeria Air project are baseless and false. He revealed that the majority of the funds were used for consultancies, salaries, and administrative costs associated with setting up the national carrier.

The Nigeria Air project has generated a lot of controversy and sparked claims of fraud and gimmickry, with both the Senate and House of Representatives weighing in on the issue.
