NNPP guber candidate, Odunzeh decries worsening insecurity in Imo

The gubernatorial candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, in Imo State, Uche Ben Odunzeh, has decried the worsening insecurity in the state.

He, therefore, called on the youths to provide useful information to the security agencies.

Odunzeh made this known in a statement signed by his media officer, Joshua Elekwachi, shortly after a consultative meeting with youth leaders on Wednesday.

He expressed great worry over the unabated insecurity breaches in the state, stressing that the only way to bring the insecurity to an end, is by providing an economic address to the youths and giving them reason to be busy.

The statement reads in part: “If elected, our administration will pay special attention to youth’s empowerment and developments, and by doing so, we will end insecurity in Imo State.

“Continue to be peace ambassadors in your communities and please provide useful information to the security agencies, because issues of security should be everyone’s business,” he stressed.
