Pochettino reveals why Lukaku, Aubameyang are not part of Chelsea’s his squad

Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has explained why Romelu Lukaku, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech and Callum Hudson-Odoi are absent from his squad for preseason.

According to the former PSG boss, the players and club are looking for solutions to their futures.

Lukaku is in negotiations to remain in Serie A with Juventus, while Aubameyang is being linked with a return to France with Marseille.

Ziyech and Hudson-Odoi are also looking for new clubs to come in for them.

“When this type of decision is made, it is because all (the parties) agree.

“Players and club are working hard to try and find best solution,” Pochettino said.
