Tinubu Shatters Stereotypes by Appointing Wike as FCT Minister – Oshiomhole

In a historic move, President Bola Tinubu has defied convention by appointing Nyesom Wike as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), breaking long-standing barriers, according to Edo North Senator, Adams Oshiomhole.

Oshiomhole hailed Tinubu’s decision, describing it as groundbreaking and a source of hope for every part of Nigeria. He also highlighted Tinubu’s ability to accomplish what past presidents have struggled to achieve.

During a press conference on Wednesday, Oshiomhole affirmed that Tinubu is laying a solid foundation for the country’s development and urged Nigerians to credit him for his transformative leadership.

Oshiomhole emphasized, “May this government be recognized as the one that rectified long-standing issues. This will not be a government of complaints, but one that takes action where others have failed to do so.”

He further added, “This groundbreaking decision by President Tinubu demonstrates that anyone, regardless of their place of origin, language, or dialect, can hold the esteemed position of FCT Minister.”
