Arsenal Striker Folarin Balogun Set for Monaco Move After Successful Medical

Arsenal’s talented young striker, Folarin Balogun, is on the verge of completing a transfer to Monaco following a promising medical examination.

Monaco and Arsenal have come to terms on a lucrative £38.5 million deal to secure the services of the US international.

Having impressed during a loan spell at Reims in Ligue 1 last season, Balogun is eager to return to French football.

His impressive tally of 21 goals placed him fifth in the race for the prestigious Golden Boot in France.

Unfortunately, Balogun’s opportunities at Arsenal were limited under the guidance of manager Mikel Arteta.

The 22-year-old striker’s prowess drew interest from rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea as well.
