The All Progressives Congress, APC, has released a 582-member list of its National Campaign Council for the governorship election in Imo State.
Time table released by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, said the Imo State governorship election will hold on November 11.
However, APC said Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State will head the campaign council.
Tweeting, the ruling party disclosed that the campaign council will be inaugurated on Saturday 16 in Owerri, the Imo State capital.
According to APC: “UPDATED LIST: The Governor of Cross River State, H.E. Bassey Edet Otu heads the Party’s updated 582-member National Campaign Council for the 11th November, Imo Governorship election.
“The inauguration holds on Saturday, September 16, at the Landmark Event Centre, Owerri, by 11am.”
