EPL: Woeful team, they’ve got even worse since Ronaldo left – Piers Morgan slams Man Utd

British broadcaster, Piers Morgan, has slammed Manchester United and their manager Erik Ten Hag, after the Red Devils fell to a shocking Premier League 3-1 defeat to Brighton on Saturday.

Morgan, an ardent Cristiano Ronaldo fan, branded Man United as a woeful team, adding that Ten Hag’s side have got even worse since the Portugal captain left Old Trafford last year.

He also recalled Ronaldo’s clash with Ten Hag clash last year, insisting that the Al-Nassr forward was right about his controversial comments about the Dutch coach.

Following Man United’s defeat to Brighton at Old Trafford, Morgan utilized the opportunity to launch a scathing attack on Ten Hag’s men.

“As woeful United are thrashed at home by Brighton, does ANYONE still doubt that @Cristiano was 💯 right about the state of the club and Ten Hag? They’ve got even worse since Ronaldo left,” Morgan wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Danny Welbeck, Pascal Gross and Joao Pedro all scored for Brighton against Man United.

The result leave Man United in 13th position on the Premier League table with 6 points from five games.
