QNET, a lifestyle and wellness company that employs a direct selling business model, has recently unveiled a Compliance Hotline on WhatsApp for its operations across various Sub-Saharan African countries. The countries covered by this initiative include Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Liberia, Cameroon, Mali, Guinea, Benin, Togo, and others.

The establishment of this Compliance Hotline reflects QNET’s commitment to combating policy violations and unethical practices within its network. The company has taken decisive disciplinary actions against individuals found to be in breach of its policies. In fact, QNET has terminated numerous independent representatives across 30 different countries due to non-compliance, policy violations, and unethical behavior.

It is worth noting that QNET has also been actively collaborating with legal representatives in nine African nations to file complaints against more than 50 Independent Representatives involved in misconduct. These actions clearly demonstrate QNET’s firm resolve to uphold the integrity of the direct selling industry.

Mr. Biram Fall, QNET’s Regional General Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, underscored the importance of effective communication with stakeholders in the region. He stated, “To facilitate communication with our Sub-Saharan African markets, including customers, independent representatives, and distributors, QNET has introduced the WhatsApp Compliance Hotline exclusively for this region. The hotline number is now operational, allowing individuals to easily seek clarifications on QNET’s policies and procedures or to report any irregularities.”

Mr. Fall further emphasized QNET’s unwavering dedication to transparency and its ongoing efforts to collaborate with security and judicial agencies throughout the region to combat fraudulent activities.

By launching the Compliance Hotline on WhatsApp, QNET aims to establish a robust platform for open communication, ensuring that stakeholders can easily reach out with their questions, concerns, or reports of any wrongdoing. This initiative exemplifies QNET’s commitment to promoting transparency and upholding the highest standards of ethics within the direct selling industry.
