Stan Collymore: Saka Emerges as Game Changer, Edging out Bellingham

Former Liverpool star Stan Collymore has weighed in on the performance of Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka compared to Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham, declaring Saka as the standout player of the season so far.

While Saka has had a solid start to the current season, he has not yet reached his full potential.

The talented English winger has recorded five goals and assists in 10 appearances across all competitions for the Gunners.

Meanwhile, his compatriot Bellingham, who recently made a high-profile move from Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid for a staggering €103 million, has been justifying his hefty price tag.

Bellingham has made an impressive impact, bagging 10 goals and providing three assists across all competitions in his 10 appearances for Los Blancos.

“I have chosen Saka because he has shown remarkable resilience by not allowing the missed penalty for England, which was only two years ago, to affect him,” Collymore expressed in a statement via Caught Off Side.

“Despite being a relatively young player and a relative rookie, he has already established himself as Arsenal’s main man and a game changer, all while consistently scoring goals and creating opportunities. Absolutely outstanding.”
