The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, has said Nasarawa State belongs to the ruling party.
He made the statement while addressing the party faithful at the reception organized in honour of Nasarawa APC Chairman, Hon. Aliyu Bello, in Lafia, the state capital.
Ganduje further vowed to safeguard the electoral mandate of Abdullahi Sule.
“We have won the election, and we shall protect our mandate. There is no doubt about it.
“Nasarawa State belongs to APC, and APC belongs to Nasarawa State. We are in charge, and we will continue to be in charge by the grace of God,” he concluded.
Recall that the Nasarawa State Election Petition Tribunal recently declared David Ombugadu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) the rightful winner of the election.
