Akwa United managed to respond with goals just before halftime and in the 64th minute. However, Enyimba’s resilience and one-goal lead sealed their triumph.

Abia Warriors Overcome Kano Pillars

In an equally intense match held in Umuahia, Abia Warriors prevailed with a 1-0 win over Kano Pillars. Sunday Megwo secured the decisive goal in the 31st minute, breaking through Kano Pillars’ formidable defense.
