Gent’s victory was sealed with the final goal scored by Torunarigha’s compatriot, Gift Orban.
Reflecting on the match, the 26-year-old player shared his thoughts on the remarkable performance of his team.
“We are all elated. From the very first minute, we were laser-focused and swiftly took control of the match. It wasn’t long before we scored our first, second, and third goals. It only added to our relief. In the second half, we had the opportunity to score even more. It is a fantastic result,” he enthusiastically told the club’s official website.
