National Population Commission to Launch Electronic Civil Registration System

The National Chairman of the National Population Commission (NPC), Mr. Nasir Isa Kwarra, says the soon-to-be launched digital Civil Registration and Vital Registration System (CRVS) is according to the Sixth Session of Conference of African Ministers chargeable for Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS).
