CAN Mourns the Passing of Cherubim and Seraphim Leader, Baba Aladura Abidoye

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has expressed its heartfelt condolences following the demise of Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye, the esteemed spiritual leader of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide.

Prophet Abidoye, who lived to the remarkable age of 103, peacefully departed yesterday, leaving behind a profound legacy of faith and unwavering service.

CAN acknowledged Abidoye’s profound spiritual insights and unwavering dedication, which has deeply impacted the lives of millions, offering hope and catalyzing transformation.

The apex Christian body lauded his integrity, humility, and compassion as exemplary traits that earned him the profound respect of believers across the nation.

CAN extended its sympathies to his family, the church community, and all those whose lives were touched by his ministry.

“As we honour his memory, let us strive to perpetuate his legacy by fostering unity, love, and peace among Christians and all adherents of various faiths,” stated Archbishop Daniel Okoh, President of CAN, in a commiserating message.

In the heartfelt message, Archbishop Daniel Okoh remarked, “As we contemplate Prophet Abidoye’s life, let us celebrate his enduring legacy and the profound impact he made during his tenure as the spiritual leader of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide.
